Scope and Contract Formation

These terms govern your access to PlanPerfect.Date and your purchase and use of our digital invitations, credits, and related features (collectively, “Products”). A contract is formed when we confirm your order — for example, by email, in your dashboard, or by making the purchased credits or invite available in your account. You may save or print a copy of these terms for your records.

Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live (typically 18+) and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not share your login details with anyone else.

Digital Products & Licence

Upon successful payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to create, share, and use date invitations and related digital content via PlanPerfect.Date for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

• Do not resell, rent, lease, sub-licence, or redistribute credits or invites to third parties.
• Do not copy, modify, or create derivative versions of our templates or content for redistribution.
• Do not scrape, data-mine, reverse engineer, or attempt to breach the security of PlanPerfect.Date.
• Do not use the service to send harassing, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful content.

Product Information & Disclaimer

PlanPerfect.Date provides playful tools to help you craft date invitations. All prompts, templates, GIFs, and suggestions are for entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific outcome (such as whether your invite is accepted) and we are not affiliated with any venue or third party referenced in our content. How you use our tools is entirely your responsibility.

Pricing, Taxes & Payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location. You authorise us and our payment provider (Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the total displayed. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or legal compliance reasons.

Delivery of Digital Content & Consumer Rights

Delivery begins immediately after successful payment by crediting your account or unlocking the purchased feature. If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK and ask us to start delivery immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

Refunds & Returns

Our Refund Policy forms part of this Agreement and sets out the rules for refunds on digital Products.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the website and Products (including text, templates, illustrations, logos, and source code) are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the personal licence above, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you. GIFs and third-party media remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to consumer protections that apply to you: (a) we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as ruined plans, missed dates, or unmet expectations) that were not reasonably foreseeable; and (b) our total liability for any claim relating to a purchased Product is limited to the amount you paid for that specific Product.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable Czech law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

Changes to this Agreement

We may update these terms to reflect changes in law or our services. Continued use of PlanPerfect.Date after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
