Refund Policy
Last updated: June 2026
What you're buying
PlanPerfect.Date sells digital credits that unlock the ability to create and send date invitations. Credits are intangible digital content and are delivered to your account immediately upon successful payment.
Cooling-off & Immediate Delivery
Because credits are delivered instantly and can be consumed straight away, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and any credit has been used.
By accepting immediate delivery at checkout, you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law once the digital content is made available to you.
Discretionary Refunds (Goodwill)
Outside of statutory obligations, we may consider a refund case-by-case in these situations:
- Duplicate purchase of the same credit pack on the same account by accident, where no credits have been used.
- Non-delivery caused by a technical failure on our side (credits never arrived in your account).
- A confirmed bug that prevented you from sending an invite and we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind: you no longer want the credits after purchase.
- Subjective outcome: the recipient said no, ignored the invite, or the date didn't go as hoped.
- Used credits: credits that have already been spent to create or send an invite.
- Third-party issues: a venue, GIF provider, or external service being unavailable.
How to request a refund
If you believe you qualify for a goodwill or technical refund:
- Email us at help@planperfect.date within 14 days of purchase.
- Include your Order ID, the email on your account, and the credit pack purchased.
- Briefly describe the issue and attach any relevant screenshots.
Processing Refunds
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Upon refund, the corresponding credits will be removed from your account.
Abuse Prevention
We log credit usage and invite activity. Claiming non-delivery when our logs show the credits were used will result in the refund being refused. Repeated abusive claims may lead to account suspension.
